Production
Disciplines.
Creative Direction, AI-assisted filmmaking, visual development and craft finishing — from concept to the final frame.
What I do
Six disciplines.
One production.
Creative Direction & Concept
Idea, story and visual language — the decisions that make a film feel authored, not generated. This is where a brief becomes a point of view.
Suitable for: Brand films, commercials, spec work, campaigns
AI Film Production
Structured AI-assisted production through visuals, motion and post — to a finished, ready-to-run film. No live crew. No physical shoot. No compromise on the creative brief.
Suitable for: Spec commercials, brand films, vertical content
Visual Development & Styleframes
Look development, visual worlds and styleframes — for pitch or production. Defining the visual language before a single frame of footage is captured or generated.
Suitable for: Pitch decks, pre-production, agency briefs
Product Visuals & Campaign Adaptations
Product imagery with controlled light, material and setting. Campaign adaptations — multiple formats and ratios from a single creative — for social, e-commerce and digital.
Suitable for: E-commerce, social media, paid media
Short Form & Vertical Content
Vertical film formats for social media — designed for the feed, not repurposed from a wide cut. Pacing, framing and hook structure native to the format.
Suitable for: TikTok, Reels, Stories, paid social
Editing & Finishing
Cut, timing, color, sound design — the craft that turns production assets into a film. Applied to AI-generated material and to footage from traditional productions.
Suitable for: All formats, final delivery

Creative Direction & Concept
Good films start with a clear idea, not a prompt. Creative direction is the work of turning a brief — or a blank page — into a point of view: a defined visual language, a narrative structure and a sense of what makes this particular film worth watching.
This discipline covers the full upstream work: mood and reference research, visual world definition, narrative concept, scripting, shot structure and the visual decisions that hold a film together from first frame to last.
What this includes
- Brief analysis and creative strategy
- Mood board and reference curation
- Visual world definition and colour direction
- Narrative concept and script
- Shot list and sequence structure
- Creative oversight across all production phases

02 — Core Work
AI Film Production
AI film production is a structured, concept-led process — not a prompt session. Each film begins with a brief. The brief drives every visual decision. The technology is a production system, not the point of the work.
The result is a finished commercial-grade film — without a physical production crew, without a live location shoot, without the lead times and budgets those require. The creative quality standard is the same. The production model is different.
The process covers four phases: visual development (frame-by-frame image direction), motion (camera movement and sequence timing), composition (edit structure and pacing) and finishing (grading, sound, delivery).
What this includes
- Visual development — directed, not prompted
- AI image and video generation under creative direction
- Motion design and camera movement
- Edit, pacing and sequence structure
- Colour grading and sound design
- Finished film in broadcast and digital formats
Suitable for:
03 — Visual Work
Visual Development & Styleframes
Visual development is the bridge between a brief and a production. Styleframes show what a film will look like before a single shot is taken — they define lighting, colour palette, art direction, composition style and the overall visual register of the work.
For agencies, visual development means having pitch-ready visual language without committing production budget. For brands, it means aligning on the creative direction before the production clock starts.
What this includes
- Styleframe development — key scenes visualised
- Colour palette and lighting direction
- Art direction and set references
- Visual world mood boards
- Pitch-ready presentation format
Suitable for:
04 — Product
Product Visuals & Campaign Adaptations
Product imagery with precise control over light, material and setting — without a physical studio setup. Each image is art directed to the brief: packaging, scene, colour relationship and the visual language of the brand.
Campaign adaptations take a single creative and scale it across formats: different ratios, different crops, different placements — maintaining visual consistency across every asset in the campaign.
What this includes
- AI-assisted product photography direction
- Scene, lighting and material control
- Multiple format and ratio outputs
- Campaign asset packages (social, paid, e-commerce)
- Visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints
Suitable for:
05 — Short Form
Short Form & Vertical Content
Vertical content designed for the feed — not repurposed from a wide-format cut. The hook, the pacing and the framing are native to the format. What works on TikTok and Reels is structurally different from what works in a cinema or on broadcast.
Short form production applies the same concept-first discipline as longer-format work — with pacing decisions specific to attention patterns in vertical, mobile-first environments.
What this includes
- Hook structure and opening 3 seconds
- Vertical-native composition (9:16)
- Pacing for social media attention spans
- Sound design and music direction
- Format-specific delivery (TikTok, Reels, Stories)
Suitable for:
06 — Delivery
Editing & Finishing
The cut is where a film finds its rhythm. Editing is not assembly — it is where pacing, emphasis and emotional arc are built. Every timing decision shapes how a film is experienced.
Finishing covers colour grading, sound design, music direction and technical delivery. Applied to AI-generated material and to footage from traditional productions.
What this includes
- Editing and sequence assembly
- Pacing and rhythm direction
- Colour grading and look development
- Sound design and music supervision
- Technical delivery for all platforms

Process
How we work together.
Most projects start with a conversation. No RFP. No lengthy briefing template. A short call to understand the brief, the brand and what the film needs to do — then a creative proposal that shows how I'd approach it.
From there, the production moves in defined phases: concept and visual development first, then production, then finishing. Feedback is built into the process, not bolted on at the end.
A typical project looks like
-
01
Brief & Discovery
Short intro call. Understanding the brand, the audience, the platform and the creative ambition. No commitment required at this stage.
-
02
Creative Concept
A concrete creative proposal — idea, visual language, narrative structure and reference material. One direction, developed with conviction. Not three options to pick from.
-
03
Production
Visual development, motion, composition and edit. Working against the approved concept — you see progress, not just the final output.
-
04
Delivery
Finished film in all required formats. Colour-graded, sound-designed, platform-ready. A clean handoff — no loose ends.
Projects for agencies follow the same process — integrated into your brief and timeline, not separate from it. The work supports your creative direction or runs parallel to it, depending on what the project needs.
